Halton municipalities report lively contests with large candidate fields. Amos Mason wins Acton’s first mayoralty, defeating F. J. McCutcheon as ex-Warden. E. Tyler and W. United Church Ministers Seek Temperance Education Plan
Halton Presbytery of the United Church at Hornby December 6 urged the Ontario Department of Education to add a scientific temperance course to schools as in British Columbia.
