Carol Service Proceeds For Biafra Relief At Knox Church
A Knox Presbyterian Church carol service Sunday evening raised over 125 dollars for Biafra relief. Georgetown Youth Choir, about 85 students from elementary to high school, performed under director Kenneth R Harrison. The choir, formed in June, rehearsed this fall and includes grades five through ten. Canai relief flights carried food and drugs into Biafra amidst its civil war with Nigeria.
