Fatal collision capsizes on Silver Creek Hill highway
A head on crash at the foot of Silver Creek Hill left Eldon Baechler dead and Leonard Brown severely injured. The Gray Coach Lines bus survived with no injuries among seven passengers. Police investigated with Milton constable Thomas Bradley and Corporal Joseph McBain. Spectators gathered as remnants of the car were moved to local dealers and the bus to Toronto.
