No More War Slogan Ties State Club Meeting

The City Concert club held its annual election at a luncheon at Hotel Fontenelle Monday noon. Mrs Heater Bronson Cooper was unanimously reelected president with other officers also chosen unanimously. George HM Nipprath and others named as vice presidents, Blanche Sorenean as secretary, Edith Miller as treasurer, and John Gamble as auditor. The report by George Campbell and adoption by Mrs A D Dunn completed the meeting. Music week in Omaha was announced for November 26 with local groups naming upcoming performances and events. A $26,000 city music appropriation was slated for the November 7 election, with key supporters named.
