Clarence Howard Bell in Detroit Michigan last Saturday at 8 pm Rev Lowther officiated in the presence of invited guests The bride wore blue chiffon crepe and the room reflected the service uniform Bell is stationed at Ann Arbor formerly taught at Ann Arbor University He hails from Des Moines Iowa and the couple receive best wishes for a happy life.

Mrs Sarai Tomey Died At Home South Of Epsom
Mrs Sara Tomey longtime community resident died at her home south of Epsom on Friday October 11 after a lengthy illness. She was 56 and a daughter of Simon S and Lucinda Bair both deceased. Survived by husband and one child funeral was held at the residence Sunday October 13 with Rev Carmicias officiating. Burial followed at Epsom.

Mrs. Everett Luallen Dies of Pneumonia in Metcalf
Mrs. Everett Luallen a former resident died at her Metcalf Illinois home on Wednesday afternoon from incipient pneumonia after Spanish influenza. She was mother to seven children, six living, with one infant who died last week. Survived by her husband Everett and four brothers and four sisters. The body will arrive this afternoon and burial will follow at the Raglesville cemetery.
