Dr Hedrick Dies at 83 Longtime Area Physician Civil War Veteran

Dr William Hedrick a retired physician and Civil War veteran died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at his daughter Mrs Clara Buzao's home in Wheatland. He had practiced in Edgwoodville and surrounding areas for many years and retired from active work. He had been widowed twice and lived with his children in recent months. Survived by four daughters and three sons, he served in the state militia during the Civil War and was noted as a devoted physician.
