Young man Ernest Garten dies of pneumonia fever
Ernest Homer Garten died last Monday morning at his brother in law Homer Overton's home in West Odon from pneumonia fever. Born August 25 1802 in the county he was past 25 years old. Survived by his father four sisters and three brothers. Funeral arrangements pending as relatives in the west are delayed.

Auto Spill Near City Leaves Driver Severely Hurt

John Dearmin dies at 16 of tuberculosis in city
John Dearmin, a devoted student and church member, died Monday evening from tuberculosis after a period at Rockville Sanitarium. He was 16 and survived by his mother and sister Dorothy. Funeral services were held at the Christian church Wednesday at 2 PM, with Rev A C Trusty officiating and burial at Walnut Hill.

Resler Child Laid To Rest After Teaching Funeral Service
The ten year old John Albert Resler son of Mr and Mrs Eugene Resler was buried at Walnut Hill after a Good Hope teaching funeral service. Born August 17 1907 he suffered infantile paralysis yet shared a bright musical spirit and loving nature despite his invalid years. The Resler family of Rossville Kan returned home Friday leaving a community bound by sympathy.
