Todiana Insane Hospital site near Bedford favored

The Bedford Mail reports a proposed Todiana Insane Hospital may be built on the Ketcham farm along Leatherwood with adjacent fortland. The Leatherwood valley offers rich land water and bluegrass and would link to the Southern Indiana railroad depot improvements. Bedford and Seymour are main contenders with Bedford possibly winning.
