Miss Agnes Wilson to Wed Talmage Hewitt in Chicago

Miss Agnes Wilson, daughter of Mr and Mrs Ed Wilson, will marry Talmage Hewitt of Chicago. She left Friday for the city with her family previously living in this city and on a farm south of town. Hewitt, formerly an engineer for the Indiana Power and Water Co, is from this city. The couple will reside in Chicago.

Ross Correll Weds May Mathieu In Jeffersonville

Ross Correll and Miss May Mathieu married in Jeffersonville on Saturday and returned to Higland Park the same night. Voters Urged to Register Ahead of August 29 Deadline

Daviess County registration board reports slow progress with about 1 000 voters registered out of an estimated 13 000 to 14 000. Women are registering faster in recent days but officials fear a last minute surge could swamp the county office in Washington. Registration must be done in person at the county court room or by filing a completed form sworn before a notary and mailed to Edw E Meade clerk Washington Ind.
