Mrs Sarah Mahatey Bennett of Odon died Tuesday at 11:30 AM at her South Spring Street home from cancer after a long illness of about thirteen months. She was wife of William Bennett and mother of six. daughter of Elijah Fields. She leaves one brother and one sister and was a member of the U B church at Ragleville. Funeral service was conducted at her residence yesterday at 10 o'clock by Rev Garriott, with interment at Wrlout.
