Byrer sues Shields in Daviess County for quiet title
In the February 1923 term Warren Byrer files a quiet title suit in Daviess Circuit Court. The defendants residences are unknown and believed outside Indiana. The suit seeks 26 2/3 acres off the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter and 13 1/3 acres off the north side of the east half of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter in section 8 township 5 north range 5 west. Defendants must appear February term or answer. Retained attorney E T Laughlin for plaintiff.
