John Ward of Sandusky Ohio trains geese as carriers and attaches them to a home made flying platform. Six geese remain at his home and six are in a stockade as the birds carry notes and packages. The first flight with Ward aboard lasted 2 minutes 13 seconds for a mile to the stockade. Alpha Bowman and Rolla R Robertson left for Colorado Tuesday.
