Rong N. reports Fort Stanwix National Bank cashier George Barnard was found on the third floor Friday forenoon with a cord tied to a door knob and a slip noose around his neck. He had been missing since Wednesday morning. A bank directors meeting was called and Bank Examiner Van Banken is present. Authorities believe Barnard may have become insane.
