Grover Bowman sues Dr. Thomas B. Rankin and Dr. Jerome DeMotte for 210 000 damages over an October 8 1904 injury. He says an arm injury including a dislocated elbow was not properly treated causing lasting deformity and weakness. Attorneys Padgett & Padgett and A. Padgett and T. Laughlin represent Bowman.
