Van Buren Township Sued Over School Fund Loan
The First National Bank of Loogootee filed suit Tuesday in the Daviess circuit court against Van Buren township to recover a loan used to pay teachers. The loan:**negotiated January 1 1907** and authorized by the township advisory board. It was due January 4 this year and remains unpaid. Padgett and Padgett are the attorneys for the plaintiff.
