City events wrap up fourth day of Chautauqua with large attendance. The audience enjoyed Bland Orchestra and a final lecture by Rudolphs and Dr Nusbaum, while the Junior program impressed parents and gathered applause.

A wartime correspondent writes from Constantinople about train travels through England, France, and Italy, observations on civilians and refugees, and remarks on life aboard a ship. He notes delays, meals at a Y M C A for Italian officers, revellies, and plans to reach China station with possible hopes of reaching Frisco, with the ship expected to stay for 2 or 3 months.
