Albert S. Boyd well known farmer north of town died suddenly Wednesday night from apoplexy after a day of health and light farm work. He, aged about fifty six, leaves a wife and two children. Isabel Webster Sipes died at her Elnora home after a lingering illness. Born March 9 1815 in Martin County she married Henry Sipes in 1870 and had five children including Nelson Jonathan Dora and Mary. Funeral service was held at the Burns City Christian church with burial in Burns City cemetery.
