Mrs. Mary Myers wife of J H Myers died at home in Raglesville from typhoid fever after about two months illness. Survived by husband five children Roy Charles Ray Maggi and Bessie. Funeral held at U B church Raglesville Tuesday at 10 a.m. Rev Will Toad presided with burial in Raglesville cemetery. She belonged to the U B church.

Mrs Jesse McClellan of East Main Street overturned a pan of hot jelly yesterday afternoon burning her feet. The injuries were dressed and not considered serious. Rumor of a child falling into a well sparked a crowd to rush to the scene.

Agricultural Lecture for Old Settlers at Poordoe University

Former Odon girl Mae Stuart critically ill
Mrs Mae Lawwell Stuart formerly of this place is critically ill at her Hillards Ohio home. A son was born last week and a letter to friends there announced Mrs Stuart’s critical condition and that it was feared she would not recover.

Runaway Buggy Accident Injures Two on Race Street
Huette Poindexter and Fred Kinnaman suffered bruises and scratches when a frightened horse ran away, overturning the buggy on Race street. Kinnaman had facial and bodily bruises, Poindexter was bruised with internal injuries. Dr Bowman treated them and Poindexter was sent home in a non fatal condition.

Emery W. Montgomery has been chosen to succeed R. C. Newland as Bedford High School principal. He holds two Indiana University degrees and brings about ten years of experience.
