The 1922 class graduation exercises at the First Christian church featured Pres. W P Dearing of Oak and City college as speaker. After the procession and class songs, diplomas were presented by Prof Childress, with readings, solos, and a benediction. Dwight Casey returned to Indianapolis. Mr and Mrs Frank Correll and daughter Princella visited local friends.

Florence Baker Dies After Brief Illness
The body of Florence Iris Baker formerly of this city was brought from Cleveland Ohio for burial. She died last Tuesday April 18 at age fifteen and a half. She leaves a mother, a brother, and four sisters. funeral held Saturday at 1.00 with Rev. Shake officiating. Burial at Walnut Hill.
