A Penn State student is suspected of entering unlocked rooms of 13 female freshmen in Snyder Hall and indecently touching six as they slept. The suspect, moved to an on campus apartment, faces indecent assault and related charges as campus police pursue seven more witnesses identified via photo lineup.
A graphic artist for Office Depot, Aubrey J. Fisher of Coconut Creek Florida, was indicted on 20 counts of wire fraud and seven counts of mail fraud for offering pricing and promotion details to OfficeMax. The secret indictment, issued July 11, was unsealed after his arrest. OfficeMax received seven payments totaling $7,000 via FBI sting operations as part of the case.
