ECISD to schedule eight on campus tech training sessions
ECISD plans to hold at least eight on campus technology training sessions for faculty with workshops occasionally available. While not mandatory for teachers, technology is part of evaluations and accountability. A national poll by AASA and Lightspan cited gains in student achievement from tech use, while Fordham found improvements at a Bronx low income school using Lightspan software.
