Houston inmate missing after court appearance
Harris County jail inmate Lester Erwin Carroll is missing after a court appearance in the 209th District Court on robbery causing bodily injury. The 42 year old white man with black hair brown eyes and a medium build may have escaped from the courthouse holding area through an underground tunnel linked to the jail. Carroll was arrested December 12 2001.
