Mystery comeback ends in shooting at ex wife home
Ben Holmes, 48, resurfaced after 20 years missing and a 12 year death declaration, was shot by his former wife Addie D. Holmes, 50, at her Youngstown home after he lay on a bed upstairs. A .22 caliber handgun was found upstairs and Addie is jailed on felonious assault charges. The case follows a history of arson at Holmes' ranch style home in 1979 and a fugitive warrant after he failed to appear in court.

Indianapolis Syphilis Rates Dip Despite Teen Rise
