Huntsville prison strike winds down at Ellis unit
AP reports last eight inmates at the Ellis unit were returned to their cells as the systemwide strike appeared over. Warden Cousins said operations are normal but charges for rule violations will come slowly as hundreds of inmates involved face disciplinary actions.
