POST Texas AP Garza County Judge Giles W Dalby a Democrat says he was set up by gubernatorial candidate Bill Clements and his campaign workers into having his picture taken as a supporter of the GOF candidate. Dalby said the photo appeared in a Clements campaign publication identifying him as a Clements supporter though he says he supports Democrat John Hill. He said he was photographed welcoming Clements to Garza County as part of his duties. A Clements spokesman said Dalby signed a release giving consent to the Governor Campaign Committee to use his name photograph or statement in advertising to help elect Clements. Dalby admits signing the release and says he did not realize what he was signing.
