Times settlement ends sex bias suit with annuities for women

New York Times reaches a class action settlement over alleged sex discrimination. The agreement includes modifying an affirmative action plan and paying about $233,500 in annuities to long-term women employees plus up to $100,000 in plaintiffs costs.
