Navy says no extra security for Trepang subs
FBI contends security was tightened at the Trepang home base while investigators probe a reported plot to steal the submarine. Three men, including James Cosgrove, were arrested on conspiracy charges and face federal court. FBI agent Bernard Feeney described plans to hijack the vessel and sell it for 200 million dollars, with a crew of 12 to be recruited.
