Parents cleared of charges in Amanda Accardi case
In Tijuana and Los Angeles, Michael and Kathie Accardi announce their 22 month legal battle is over as Los Angeles Juvenile Court approves a three year anti leukemia follow up program for their 2 year old daughter Amanda. Dr Ernesto Contreras reports complete remission after three weeks of Laetrile and conventional therapy and tests confirm remission. The couple plans to return home in about two weeks and say the agreement supports parental rights and freedom of choice in treatment.
