Federal judge dismisses suit by anti abortion activist

A federal judge threw out Kenneth Scott s 10 million suit against Colorado and several doctors over his commitment to the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan. Scott claimed violations of liberty speech and due process, but the judge granted summary judgment three weeks after a restraining order was issued against him.

Ex soldier disputes CNN nerve gas report over Tailwind raid
