Seminole Stage Arts Impress in Little Theater Debut
Special to the Odessa American reports Seminole Area Chamber of Commerce Summer Community Theatre staged The Waverly Gallery at Seminole High School Little Theater. The drama, set in 1989 Greenwich Village, centers on Gladys an 87 year old artist and her family as her mind deteriorates. Brilliant performances by Jean Moffatt and a strong ensemble, with direction by Chris Freyburger, earned praise and 10 percent of proceeds benefiting the Gaines County Alzheimer's Association. A summer slate includes Scorpioa in July and Over the River and Through the Woods in August.
