Roe plaintiff asks court to overturn landmark abortion ruling

Norma McCorvey known as Jane Roe filed a motion in Dallas asking the federal court to overturn Roe v Wade by considering new evidence. She cites reports of abortion harms from more than 1,000 affidavits and 5,400 pages of material. The Texas AG and Dallas DA have 20 days to respond.

FBI agent fined for false testimony in Kentucky case

FBI scientist Kathleen Lundy pleaded guilty to false swearing in a pretrial hearing linked to a man convicted of killing a college football player in Lexington Kentucky. She was fined 250 dollars and has already lost her job and reputation. Prosecutor Tom Smith noted many other cases used her testimony and would not speculate on impact.
