Border clashes kill over twenty in South Waziristan
Pakistani forces fought heavily armed militants near the Afghan border in South Waziristan, killing more than 20 foreigners and several locals. Brig. Mahmood Shah said four fortress like houses housed fighters about 25 miles from the frontier, with gunfire continuing until 4 30 pm. He reported seven dead buried and others missing or wounded.
