A single-engine Cessna Cardinal 177 crashed during a Hana Highway area flight on Maui. Pilot Steve Betsill of Maui and three relatives aboard were killed, including his cousin Jerry Betsill of Fort Worth and two children, Emma 10 and Merideth 11 of Richardson.
