Actress Victoria Principal abandons nude photo injunction fight
Victoria Principal, star of Dallas, drops the bid for a court order to halt Velvet magazine from distributing its September issue carrying nude photos from 1968. She will still sue Velvet and publisher Eton Publishing for invasion of privacy and damages claiming she was underage and drugged, while bonds were not posted.

Pocatello Idaho AP reported 20 year old Steven Budke found his pet Spot a five foot boa constrictor after it slipped from its cage and rode seven miles in a car with a friend. The snake reached Osco Drug and wandered to Jana Peace where she agreed to care for it.
