ClearSource service center eyed for Odessa Midland area
Odessa officials weigh incentives for ClearSource to build a service center on a 5.2 acre tract near the GE plant in the Odessa Industrial Development Corp Park. The project would create about 80 jobs at an average $41,000 annually, with funding discussions centering on whether it should be treated as a utility or retail operation and if incentives align with city guidelines and competing firms. The combined ODC board meeting to finalize the decision is tentatively set for January 24.
