Injured teen's parents sue bus owner over crash near Canon City

The lawsuit targets Sierra Stage Coaches and president Patrick Conner after 17 year old Jennifer Kight fractured her lower back in the December 23 bus wreck near Canon City Colorado. Investigators say icy roads and excessive speed caused the crash on US 50. Driver Robert Hawthorn and two students died in the crash.

Odessa Lofts Break-In and Vehicle Vandalism Reported

A 19 year old Odessa man says an unknown person kicked in his door and stole 1055 dollars in handguns and ammunition on Thursday at 8 p.m. on the 1400 block of Parker. An 18 year old Odessa man caused 4200 dollars in damage to his car Friday between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. on the 1000 block of Placer. A 31 year old Odessa man says someone he knew cut his hand with a knife Friday at 11:25 p.m. on the 1000 block of N Meadow Ave. A 20 year old Odessa man says someone he knows rammed his vehicle with her vehicle Friday at 11:15 p.m. on the 6400 block of Eastridge Road.
