Odessa man reports home burglary on Shawnee Trail
A 34-year-old Odessa man reported $2,800 worth of electronics including a computer, printer, two televisions and a VCR taken from a residence on Shawnee Trail between 9 a.m. Nov 22 and 1 a.m. Dec 23 through a living room window. A separate incident describes a 2-year-old Odessa girl with a cut on her right middle finger and a bruised left ear from Dec 14 to Dec 26 on Dotsy Avenue.

Odessian sentenced for fraud in federal case
U S District Judge Royal Furgeson sentenced 28 year old Diana Faith Ross to 24 months in federal prison after she pleaded guilty to check forging in a scheme running August 1995 through November 1998. Ross, a secretary and bookkeeper for 20 20 Investments and Sunbelt Roofing and Insulation, must repay 226000 in restitution at 750 monthly and reports begin March 8 2001.
