Fish poster sparks $11 million suit in Hayward shop
Anthony Collin, 15, and his mother sue D and J Quality Market in Alameda Superior Court over a fish shaped “Catch of the Day” poster that labeled the teen as a thief and listed his crime as tinfoil. They allege harassment and privacy invasion after store workers photographed him in November 1982.
