Man charged in federal child pornography case
Andrews man Francisco Jose Cantu faces federal charges for receiving and distributing child pornography after a Homeland Security investigation traced files from Photobucket to his residence. He admitted to a two year pattern of looking at and downloading such material using untraceable online services. If convicted, he could receive 5 to 20 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines.
