Odessa PBS station transfer approved by school board
Ector County Independent School District trustees voted to exit the PBS business and transfer Odessa’s KOCV license management to Permian Basin Public Telecommunications Inc. The district will keep the license while PBPT handles operations, with FCC transfer approval anticipated within months.
