Texas man arraigned for firing red blanks at Derryberry
Kelly Spencer Ward 33 of Rosenberg Texas faced arraignment on a feloniously pointing a weapon charge after firing red dye loaded blanks at state Attorney General Larry Derryberry during a downtown Tulsa hotel watch party. A second man was to be charged, and Charles Allen Jordan 30 had his residence searched for evidence. Ward had prior police attention for threats to political figures.
