Houston mother charged in deaths of her children
Houston police say Sheborah Thomas, 30, admitted to drowning her 7-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter by holding their heads under water in a bathtub. Authorities charged her with capital murder of a child under six. she remains jailed without bond awaiting further court actions. CPS had previously separated the children in 2012 and later returned them to her custody.
