Dick Gillham a builder of public art and community leader
Dick Gillham, Odessa artist and former engineer, has created large metal sculptures across the city including a Stonehenge replica at UTPB and a Chris Kyle memorial. He earned the Chamber of Commerce Lifetime Achievement Award and Oil Show Honoree Award for four decades in the oil industry and local art projects.
