Odessa man charged after cinder block threat in custody dispute
Odessa Police say Jackie Truett Holmes 35 threatened his ex wife with a cinder block during a custody dispute at 2200 block of Glenwood Ave. He was arrested on a second degree felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and held on 25000 dollars bond at Ector County Detention Center. Dispatch received a 6 50 p m call and witnesses corroborated the threat.

Odessa Man Arrested on Injury to a Child Charge
An Odessa man, Jason Fazenbaker, 32, was arrested on a state jail felony injury to a child charge after allegedly grabbing his ex wife's 11 year old daughter and stepping on her knee during a dispute over a male friend. He was held on 7500 dollar bond. Separately, deputies and federal agents arrested Ruben Hernandez III and Henry Raul Alaniz after a search at 8809 W. Swan Road yielded about 675 grams of suspected marijuana and two handguns reported stolen from Dallas. both suspects remain in federal custody.
