Autumn Society Meeting At Oberlin College

The Cosmopolitan club held its first autumn meeting on Monday night October 18 with seventy foreign students and friends present. Prof Shes hun welcomed attendees and Armen Shahrigian spoke on a yearlong committee plan for growth and a 100 percent enrollment drive. The Oberlin Mock Convention organizer Thomas B. Fletcher represented Democratic interests. Pittsburg Crusade organizers discussed yearly events and social plans including hikes, dances, and sleigh rides. The meeting named officers Regina Popp and Daniel Gurney as social chairs along with other officers.

Inker and Wilder Lead Associated Students

Anneth C. Bunker and Margaret Wilder, both 21, were elected president and vice president of the Associated Students at the college.
