Oberlin varsity defeated Denison 27 to 24 in a fast clean game praised for speed and teamwork. Oberlin led most of the contest, with Denison only briefly taking a lead early, while Thiele and Mee Phee contributed for Denison and the Crimson and Gold maintained the edge.
