Semester dues payment report from student body

Pay-day results for the second semester show 875 of 209 seniors paid dues. Juniors with 215 members had 9 paying dues. Sophomores, 250 members, had 107 paying. Freshmen, 320 members, had 176 paying dues.

Devlin Alumni to Host March Meeting with Telephonic Address

The New York Devlin alumni association plans a March 25 gathering at 8 p m in Aldine association rooms 206th avenue. About 400 guests expected with Senator Theodore Kiton Cass Gilbert and W F Bob as speakers. President King will address via transcontinental telephone link from his home. a special receiver will connect the rooms to the address.

Portmanteau Play Arrives At Oberlin March 6

Oberlin Dramatic Association brings Stuart Walker and The Portmanteau to Finney chapel on Monday evening March 6. The portable stage, weighing 3000 pounds, travels as a compact unit with all paraphernalia and wields advanced lighting to heighten visual impact. Campus Appears Enhanced by Private Snow Saucers

A private company has added saucers to the campus to attract students. The enterprise, run by a privately owned corporation rather than town authorities, placed several boxes in trees on the campus so clients can be comfortably housed. Two of the units are described.

Mandolin Club Opens Season at Wellington Baptist Church

The Wellington Mandolin Club presented its first concert of the year last Wednesday before a large crowd at the Baptist church. Thirteen members, with J P Schreiner, offered classical, semiclassical, and popular numbers. Notable solos included guitar pieces by Lawrence McAllister and vocal numbers by Frits Schreiner.
