Education Plans and Policies Committee and OPSU leaders joined the Student Senate to urge the College Faculty to postpone D and F grade changes until the March 1 meeting. A demonstration outside CF was planned to pressure for a well informed decision, while EPPC members push for open debate and observer status at the next CF session.
Oberlin Senior Class President James Oppenheim says John Kenneth Galbraith is the most likely 177 class commencement speaker though he isn’t in the top ten candidates.
