He formerly protected Northwestern University organ duties until the war and then joined the navy. Michigan will hold its December monthly lecture with Rt Rev Charles David Williams delivering Thursday morning. Williams, bishop since 1906, has spoken at numerous universities and directed drug reform era plays and library boards in Ohio.
