Cicero Case Argued Before State Supreme Court

Arguments were heard Thursday in the state Supreme Court in the Cicero versus Chicago dispute, with the matter taken under advisement. City representation included George M. Stevens and Granville W. Browning. Cicero was represented by Green, Pringle, and Cutting. A decision was expected soon as the case is considered of public importance.
